This year, the well-known format of 15-minute talks will explore everything from ‘space junk archaeology’ to how architecture is eliminating poverty to new discoveries about how we can be forever young.
Featuring a selection of leading visionaries and storytellers from Australia and the world, the 2013 speakers lineup includes prominent industrial designer Marc Newson, author and researcher Dr Rebecca Huntley, Harvard Medical School Geneticist Professor David Sinclair, and architect and entrepreneur Paul Pholeros.
The event will also be simulcast throughout the public areas of the Opera House and people can tune in online or create their own satellite event from anywhere around Australia.
